1.

Prices and packing

Unless otherwise mentioned our prices are ex factory excluding packing. Required packing, or packing which we regard as necessary, will be invoiced at cost and is non-returnable. All goods are destined for commercial use.

Value-added tax will be shown separately on the invoice and is not included in the price of the goods.

3.

Delivery period

All information on delivery periods is approximate and non-binding. Claims for damages for non-compliance are excluded.

4.

Guarantee

We guarantee the prefect quality of our products but shall not be liable for any non-specified application, further processing or use of the goods supplied which is not in accordance with the rules of engineering. The permitted tolerances are stipulated in standard sheets DIN, ISO, etc. and are deemed to be agreed. Extra or short deliveries of 10% are permitted.

5.

Payment

Payment with 2% discount within 8 days or 30 days net. Discount charges shall be for the account of the buyers, no deductions of discounts when paying on invoice. In the event of default interest will be charged at the bank rate for open loans and we reserve the right to withdraw from the remainder of the contract. Amounts under DM 100.-- shall be paid immediately net.

6.

Complaints

Complaints will only be considered within 8 days of receipt of the goods and only if they exceed the tolerances of the vendor's supplier or the latest DIN standards. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of verbal or telephone orders. In the event that defects are verified and the goods returned previously undamaged and undivided we shall provide replacement ex stores as quickly as possible. We do not accept any other obligations or any claims for damages.

7.

Returns

Perforated plates, expanded grating and wire mesh in rolls less than 5m, in pieces or made to order are usually of no value to us. They may only be returned in the case of a justified complaint.

8.

Retention of title

We retain title to all goods delivered until all our claims have been fulfilled, in particular the respective balance claims.

9.

Venue and place of performance for both parties is Hamburg.

10.

Right of rescission

Unforeseen events, in particular force majeure, releases us from our obligation to fulfil the contract. This shall also apply if there are significant changes in the buyer's circumstances after order acceptance.

11.

Concluding provisions

The above terms of sale shall apply exclusively to all deliveries. The buyer's terms and conditions of purchasing shall not be valid unless all changes are confirmed by us in writing.
